Patria is a Lithuanian NGO focused on youth development. They provide guidance on youth integration and foster an inclusive community.
Their work also includes coordinating volunteering initiatives both within Lithuania and through EU-funded projects.
To help volunteers track and manage their experiences, Patria set out to create a volunteering journal.
The journal
Designed to align with their existing visual identity, the journal features custom illustrations, graphs, and a thoughtful layout tailored to the reader’s needs.
The goal was to make it both practical and inviting—an essential companion throughout the volunteers’ journey.
The journal is quite dynamic, with nearly every page offering something different. As a designer, I had to find a way to integrate tables, graphs, and other elements into the existing brand aesthetic while also visually balancing the information for the reader.
